In this course, you will watch a number of video tutorials and then complete practice assignments for hands-on practice of your new skills. By the end of the course, you will be able to add formulas to cells. There are two types of cell references. You understand relative cell referencing and absolute cell referencing and when to use each type of cell address in your formulas. You will be able to add conditional formatting. You will have entered dates, formatted dates, and used dates in formulas. You will be able to add basic functions, like AutoSum, Average, Min, and Max to your spreadsheets. You will understand how to use the IF Function with calculations, IF Functions with calculations and numbers, IF functions, and with text parameters. You will also have reviewed NESTED IF Functions in Excel. You will be able to create charts using data in tables. You will understand how to preview different types of charts and how to change the style of your chart. You will be able to format your chart and add Titles and a legend.

Creating title slides, text slides and bulleted lists will also be demonstrated. Finally, you will learn how to activate a slideshow and save your presentation. This class continues where we left off in Level 1. You will learn how to copy elements between slides or from files or the internet, use the format painter feature and explore various print options such as grayscale print and audience handouts. We will teach you how to add interest to your presentation with text and slide animation, clip art, movie clips and hyperlinks. We will finish up by showing how to change font colors, delete placeholders, use the help feature and end a presentation. A practice activity will be assigned for homework.
