I am an Intermediate and I would like to move up in duration and intensity. I have been using Beachbody on my own and have worked out primarily in group classes. I would like to give one of the Beachbody Vests a try. I know the V2, V3 and V4 have specific workouts. I was wondering if there are any original strength based workouts in the intermediate range. I'm looking for workouts that are 4 or more weeks long.
You may have to do one or two more reps of some of these exercises in this workout, because they taste the best. If you love this workout, you will love this workout.
